As a Customer Service Representative at DSC.ID Bizhub, a company leader in the Business Service industry, you will be the central link between the customer, operations, sales team and our shared service center to ensure the client's requirements are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will build strong relationships with Customers, act as the Voice Of the Customer within DSC.ID and manage the sales order process through to services for assigned customers.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2 Years experiences in Order management or relevant
  • General understanding of Digital Marketing will be preferred
  • CRM experience will be preferred
  • Excellent in Ms. Office, especially Ms Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative, CI – Yellow Belt or Green Belt will be an additional points
  • Has experience leading Product Launching will be preferred
  • Willing to learn and develop self within the company
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management
  • Having a good Negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Description

In this exciting role you also will:

  • Execute Customer Service strategy and follow global guidelines
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and participate in pro-jects when relevant
  • Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers in line with Customer Care guidelines
  • Provide support for assigned customers to meet order requirements and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers, operations, sales and finance. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched / delivered on time and manage customer expectations
  • Proactively collect Customer Forecast, enter into the tool and collaborate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions and actively participate in demand review meetings
  • Act as coach and mentor to new Customer Service Representatives, as well as be available to train where necessary
  • Provide support to Customer Service Manager to monitor customer service metrics and KPIs where applicable
